Decision support method based on process mining
To improve the execution efficiency of business process, a decision support method with various constraint conditions was proposed by considering the influence of constraint conditions existing in workflow execution on decision support. The traditional Petri net was extended, and an extendible business process model-Time and Resource associated Petri Net (TRPN) which added a description of time and resource information into workflow was researched. On this basis, an optimization method for resource allocation was proposed, which took advantage of restrictions to allocate the business process' resources represented by TRPN. Thus the execution efficiency of process with all involved restrictions was improved. Through the specific examination, the effectiveness and correctness of proposed method were validated.
