Abstract
"This manual is provided as an aid to users of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) National Facility Survey/Reception and Care Personal Computer (PC) Manager System, known as the Autocheck Survey Information System (ASIS). Its purpose is to provide guidance for using ASIS to maintain local data bases and provide data for input into the FEMA computer system, thereby reducing input errors through data entry validation inherent in ASIS.
"In addition to this data input capability, this system has a communications option. This option, with proper authorization, allows access to many of FEMA's data bases utilizing the Computer Interactive Display, Entry, and Retrieval (CIDER) System."
