Major General John Q. T. King retired from the U.S. Army Reserve at ceremonies at the Pentagon. He is shown here with his wife Marcet receiving congratulations from the Secretary of the Army John O. marsh, Jr. The Secretary presented the Distinguished Service Medal to General King.
