Description

Report, "The Larger Plan for Memphis," Francis H. McLean and Edgar E. Brooks, 1921. This report was sent to the Social Service Agencies of Memphis from the Social Agencies Endorsement Committee of the Memphis Chamber of Commerce, Memphis, TN. The recommendations and suggestions are numbered 1-44.
