Felt report for the December 16, 1811 earthquake from Richmond, Virginia. Time of earthquakes is “between 3 and 4 o’clock and again about 8 o’clock” both a. m. (local time). The earthquakes were noted to be “pretty severe” Very short report.

EARTH-QUAKE. Some pretty severe shocks of an earthquake were felt in this city between 3 and 4 o'clock and again about 8 o'clock on the morning of Monday last.
