EXTRACT TO THE EDITORS. Dated Jan. 23. A slight shock of another earthquake was felt by a number of persons in the city, about 9 o'clock this morning. I heard one gentleman say, that it continued two minutes, with an intermission of a few seconds during that time. It is perhaps proper to mention that considerations of convenience prevented the issuing of the Budget of Mr. Gallatin in a National Intelligencer Extraordinary, on Wednesday morning. The following document was transmitted to the house of representatives this morning. It exhibits the state of our export trade during the last year, as well as the effects of the French municipal trade-laws, and the culamitous injuries of our commerce produced by the British orders in council. Our exports, however, in 1811, considerably exceeded the imports.
