A letter received in this city from Buncomb county, N.C. dated Feb. 21st, declares all the story of a Volcano, &c. &c. circulated under the authority of a certain Jno. Clarke Edwards to be utterly false; our conjectures in relation to this fabrication are therefore fully confirmed.-Ib.
