Abstract
Felt report for the February 7, 1812 earthquake from Troy, Ohio. Time of the earthquake was 3:40 am(local time) The effect was the violent shaking and loud crashing of houses that lasted 3 or 4 minutes. This was followed by a tremor of about 15 minutes duration. All appendages were noted to be swaying from West to East. Good detailed felt report.
