Abstract
Report that earthquakes were still being felt at New Madrid in June 1812 and many inhabitants had left the area.
Transcript
Shocks of Earthquakes were continued to be felt at New Madrid on the Mississippi, so late as the thirteenth of June. Three fourths of the inhabitants have in consequence left that part of the Lousiana territory.
