Brief notice that the February 7, 1812 earthquake was felt at New York. From the New York Gazette. “yesterday morning, at half past four o’clock a smart shock of an Earthquake was felt in this City. During the last two months, this city and every town in the United States to the Southward of us have been visited with one or more Earthquakes.”
