Felt report for the January 23, 1812 earthquake at Chillicothe, Ohio. Described as a “considerable shock” with a duration of two minutes. Not as detailed as the report for December 16, 1811 earthquake.
Transcript
On Thursday morning last, about nine o'clock, another considerable shock of a Earthquake was felt at this place. Its continuance was near two minutes, and appeared to come from the south-west.
