Earthquake!--A letter from a gentleman in Pitsfieldto his friend in this town, dated on Monday last says "we were awoke this morning about 10 o'clock by a severe shock of an Earthquake ! which was followed in a few seconds by another more severe. It appeared to be in an easterly direction. The weather very fine clear after light and East winds".-Bost. Chron
