Account that debris from a sand blow of the New Madrid earthquakes was on display at the Savannah Library.
Transcript
Specimens of the matter, ejected from the bowels of the earth, in the late convulsion on the Mississippi, were collected by a gentleman at the time, and are now deposited by him in the Savannah Library, for the inspection of the curious.
