The Comet has lately engrossed more attention from the town than, considering the capricious nature of the public mind, I had a right to expect. But it is now getting out of fashion, and therefore for us [unreadable] a credit, the sooner it gets out of sight the better. One thing may be said in honour of this luminous visitor which can hardly be said of novelties in general, it has not been the occasion of party souls or private squabbles, but excited curiosity, produced amusement, and has left a shining reputation.
