Computational hyperspectral microscopy in biomedicine: Studies of brain function
Abstract
We use hyperspectral interferometric microscopy to visualize blood vessels and neural functional response in rat brain whisker barrel cortex. We illustrate the interdependence of hyperspectral microscopy sensors and algorithms to detect and visualize biological events. © 2005 Optical Society of America.
