A low-cost roofing material for developing countries
Abstract
A comparison is made between cement roofing sheets reinforced with asbestos fibres, elephant grass and sugar cane residue on the basis of some physical and mechanical properties and derived costs. The grass fibre sheets are shown to be the most attractive choice. © 1979.
