Real-time virtual videophone for low-bandwidth wireless networks
Abstract
In this paper, we provide an evaluation for our proposed real-time virtual videophone using talking heads over low-bandwidth wireless networks, in which a person's face is substituted with a talking head to save bandwidth. Results show large enough gains in communication bandwidth to make the architecture feasible. © 2007 IEEE.
