Older siblings benefit from a family-based preventive intervention for preschoolers at risk for conduct problems
Abstract
Due to the high-risk and unique mandate of police agencies, police organizational failure can be tragic and catastrophic. This article looks at poHce subcultural traits that could lead to organizational problems and, ultimately, orgamzational tailure. Through a case study analysis of tOur mcijor poHce commissions (Knapp, Mollen, Chnstopher, Rampart) subcultural traits were identified in each that could have led to the orgamzational failure documented and investigated by these commissions. These traits were categonzed and coded using axial coding and the results reported.
