Drainage density and rock solubility in a karst area, east Tennessee.
Abstract
An analysis of First Creek drainage basin, Knoxville. 17% of its area drains into sink holes. The geological outcrops are ranked in order of solubility, and Spearman's test is used to show that drainage density is significantly related to the underlying rock solubility. -K.Clayton
