Surgically treated cavernous angiomas of the brain stem: Report of two cases and review of the literature
Abstract
Two cases of surgically treated brain stem cavernous angiomas are presented. The previously reported cases are reviewed and the clinical features, radiographic appearance, and treatment of this condition are discussed. Symptomatic brain stem cavernous angiomas should be treated surgically and can be removed with good outcomes. © 1991.
