The University Libraries at the University of Memphis is both the Regional Federal Depository Library for the state of Tennessee and a depository for Tennessee state documents. The online repository provides access to select born digital and scanned documents distributed through the Federal Depository Library Program and from Tennessee state agencies as mandated by the Tennessee Code Annotated.

Please note that many of the documents found here are part of an archival collection and were uploaded prior to April 24, 2026. They are maintained in their original state and therefore may not be fully accessible in accordance with the Department of Justice’s final rule for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The University Libraries provides, to the best of its ability, accessible versions of these archival materials upon request.
