Abstract

Mental health is a lifestyle choice, not just an awareness. People choose to change their diets and exercise to achieve a certain body goal. Whereas people should also change their diets and regimens when it comes to their mental health. There are small indications that can change a person's entire life. I never knew that sitting in a dark classroom watching videos would trigger a panic attack. Marie Cardinal did not know that going to a concert would have her in such an uproar that she was preparing to die. The areas where life should be joyful and mellow; some are dying on the inside. But if I start my day on social media, it would be like approving a cheat day five days out of the week. Everything in the human body must work together. I must set a regimen, so my transcendence can balance with my facticity.
