Abstract

Course Description: This course provides an introduction to radio and television newswriting style and formats, as well as the basics of reporting necessary to broadcast journalism. It is an applied course, with a strong emphasis on developing and practicing writing skills. Students will demonstrate knowledge of the community and news events within it.
