    Advertisement and accompanying article from the "Daily Clarion-Ledger", in Jackson, Mississippi, dated January 22, 1928, about the awarding of a car to Lee Simmons Crumbaugh by Armour and Company. Crumbaugh was branch manager in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and the award recognized his achievement as a sales manager.

    1910 Christmas card to T.L. Crumbaugh from the Auditing Department of the New Orleans Great Northern Railroad Company (NOGN) at Bogalusa, Louisiana. The card contains a list of the staff and a group photograph. The New Orleans Great Northern Railroad was incorporated in Louisiana and Mississippi in 1905 by the owners of the Great Southern Lumber Company, which was then building one of the largest sawmills in the country at the new town of Bogalusa. NOGN bought the East Louisiana Railway in 1905. The NOGN was completed from Slidell, Louisiana, to Jackson, Mississippi, in 1909. The Gulf, Mobile & Northern Railroad (GM&N) acquired control of the NOGN in 1929, and officially leased the NOGN in 1933. The NOGN was thereafter operated as a part of the GM&N.
