We are indebted to a gentleman, passenger in the ship Ann, captain Smith, arrived yesterday from Jamaica, for the Royal Gazette of that island to the 12th ultimo. They contain London dates several days later than before received, some extracts of which will be found in this paper. On Sunday, the 5th ultimo, a smart shock of an earthquake was felt at Kingston and its vicinity.--City Gazette.
