Abstract
General felt report for the December 16, 1811 earthquake noting that is was felt more strongly in the western country than in the east.
Transcript
The Earthquake on the 16th ultimo, appears to have been more alarming in the western country than on the Atlantic. In the former, the concussion was in many instances so great, as to excite the utmost terror and consternation in the inhabitants.
