Dual acquisition of fluorescence and quantitative phase with high-speed switchable optics for DIC
Abstract
A modified shearing interferometer for live-cell imaging is demonstrated in a commercial microscope. Results demonstrate dual image mode acquisition without need for Nomarski prisms or sample rotation for use with quantitative phase retrieval algorithms.
