Palladium-catalyzed one-pot conversion of aldehydes to amides
Abstract
The palladium-catalyzed one-pot conversion of aldehydes into primary amides in the presence of hydroxylamine hydrochloride in aqueous dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at moderate temperature is described. The process is selective and free from the addition of an external chelating ligand. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
