Advocacy Days bringing together children’s advocates to share information, network, and learn about challenges and opportunities facing Tennessee’s children, youth, and families; administers the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act funds in Tennessee and state Court Appointed Special Advocate funds; engages in advocacy at the federal level on these issues; and has an ombudsman program for children involved with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
