Description
Side A of an ethnomusicological field recording cassette of a jazz jam session at Precious Cargo Talk and Coffee at 381 North Main Street in the Pinch District of Memphis, Tennessee, 200-06-24? The date is uncertain, as the jam sessions were held every Sunday night for most of the year, but it was probably summer. The man announces the group members between songs, but it is hard to hear....Marlon Branch is on guitar, and Melvin Robertson on drums. There is an unknown keyboard player and trumpet player. As it was a jam session, some guest musicians sat in.
