Description
Tillman's Bar-B-Que, a longtime fixture in the Charlton-Pollard neighborhood of Beaumont, Texas, was the oldest Black-owned business in the city. But it could not survive the effects of Hurricane Rita, which caused damaged many houses in the neighborhood, and caused people to move out, 2007-05-09.
