The Manicure Record Shop in Algiers Point. The sign says Home of the West Bank Steppers, which is one of the social aid and pleasure clubs in New Orleans that sponsors second-lines. While the building would not seem to have functioned as a record store in many years, it does not seem to be abandoned in the way that Rita's is, Algiers Point, New Orleans, 2014-01-14.
