The Picturing Memphis Project by the Special Collections Department aims to record visual changes that have occurred in Memphis during its storied history. Through showcasing historic images housed in Special Collections juxtaposed with new images, the project allows the user to experience the changing dynamics of Memphis in an interactive way.
