Press release attached: "Participating in the dedication ceremonies for the Henry Lee Moon Library were left to right: Maryland's Lt. Gov. Melvin A. Steinberg; Mrs. Enolia P. McMillan, President, NAACP Board of Directors; Ernest N. Morial, Esq., Member, NAACP Board of Directors and former Mayor of New Orleans; Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks, Executive Director, NAACP; Mrs. Molllie Moon, Mr. Moon's widow; Dr. Earl S. richardson, president, Morgan State University; Bishop John H. Ricard, Auxiliary Bishop and Urban Vicar, Archdiocese of Baltimore; and Karen Wilson, Executive Director, Baltimore Chapter, national Conference of Christians and jews.
