Description
Lambuth College President, Dr. James S. Wilder Jr., and Mary Williams Dunlap in front of the fireplace inside Dunlap-Williams Log House Museum of Early America, on the campus of Lambuth College, Jackson, Tennessee during its dedication in 1976. The 1850s cabin was a gift from Earl T. Dunlap and his wife, Mary Williams Dunlap, to help Lambuth celebrate the nation's 200th anniversary and to insure the preservation of local history. The cabin was relocated off the campus in 2005.
