Description
Copy photograph of the conductor and motorman of Memphis Street Railway Company streetcar #380 on the Lane Avenue line, Memphis, Tennessee, undated (circa 1895). According to information on the verso of the original print, the initials “GW” written below the conductor, stand for George W. Evans and the streetcar was the first on the Lane Avenue line.
