Description
The Doughboy Statue in Overton Park, Memphis, Tennessee, in early 1929. Photographer: Goodman, Memphis. This memorial to those from Shelby County who died serving in World War I was sculpted by Nancy Coonsman Hahn and presented to the city by the Daughters of the American Revolution on September 19, 1926.
