Description
Copy photograph of the former Robertson Topp house at 564 Beale Street, Memphis, Tennessee, undated (1910s?). A land developer who also built the Gayoso Hotel, Topp (1807-1876) built the house in the 1850s and after he died the house became the dormitory for the Higbee School for Girls. The house was demolished in 1972.
