Description
The staff of the West Tennessee Wholesale Grocery Company standing outside the building in Martin, Tennessee, circa 1902. The photographer was Wootton of Martin. The West Tennessee Wholesale Grocery Company was established in 1902 by Thomas Harris Farmer (1861-1946) and W.N. Lovelace. In 1918, it became the Lovelace-Farmer Grocery Company and existed in downtown Martin for 74 years.
