Description

Report from Lt. E.H. Arkin of the Intelligence Bureau, Planning and Research Division of the Memphis Police Department to Frank Holloman, Director of Fire and Police, Memphis, Tennessee, titled "Civil Disorders, Memphis, Tennessee (February 12, through April 16, 1968)". The report details on a day-to-day basis the events associated with the Memphis Sanitation Workers Strike.

Kenneth Beaudoin worked for the Memphis Police Department and probably typed the report and kept this carbon copy.
