Undated (early 1960s) copy of a telegram sent by A. Maceo Walker and Willa M. Walker, chairman and secretary, respectively, of the Shelby County Democratic Club, supporting Traffic Court, Division 3, Judge William B. Ingram's efforts to protect Memphis, Tennessee, citizens' rights against abuse by the Memphis Police Department.
