Carbon copy of an undated (circa 1946) letter from Lloyd T. Binford, Chairman of the Memphis Board of Censors, to David O. Selznick, producer and writer of the film "Duel in the Sun" in Los Angeles, California, explaining the decision not to allow the film to be shown in Memphis, Tennessee. Other documents, also undated, are the draft and officially released decisions of the Board of Censors.
