Description
Married students' housing at Memphis State University, Memphis, Tennessee, 1968. Photographer: Barney Sellers. Known as Veterans Village because the buildings served as barracks during World War II, the area located behind the Administration Building housed married students after the war. The area was replaced by housing on South Campus and the old buildings made way for the journalism and psychology buildings.
