Description
In 1914, LeMoyne Normal and Commercial School moved from Orleans Street to Walker Avenue in South Memphis. It became a junior college in 1924, and a four year college in 1930. In 1968, LeMoyne merged with Owen College to form LeMoyne-Owen College.
