Description
The Dermon building was constructed in 1925 on N. Third Street, Memphis, Tennessee, to house the Dermon Company and Dermon Insurance. This image is from January 1940. Even though the family sold the building in the 1930s, the name remained. It was vacated in 2010 and sold in 2016 with the intention of being turned into a hotel.
