Description
Broadside titled "Rouse Up Democrats!" issued by the Tipton County Democratic Campaign Committee, Tennessee, urging voters to support President Woodrow Wilson's war policies by voting Democrat in the 1918 elections. It warned against supporting the Republicans because they were backed by the black Lincoln Club and were wanting to fix the price of cotton.
