Amnesty oath taken by Hamilton Parks before J.F. Williamson, Justice of the Peace of Dyer County, Tennessee, on June 7, 1866, in which he agrees to defend the constitution and the union of the United States, and to abide by the laws regarding the emancipation of slaves.
