Description

Letter from Robert M. Carrier, Barnacre Lodge, Batesville, Mississippi, to John Wright Johnson, 3569 Southern Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee, dated January 18, 1941. Refers to the color of a table recommended by Johnson and Leo Barthol, the carpenter and carver who worked with Johnson. Carrier also tells Johnson not to get cold in his workshop and to "keep on improving". Johnson died of lung cancer in November 1941.
