Description
Letter from J.T.S. (possibly J.T. Steel), Privates Barracks, to Captain L.G. Woollard, Officers Barracks, unidentified camp, May 8, 1865. Informs Woollard of the fate of soldiers in his unit. Woollard and his men may have been at Fort Delaware at this time.
