Description
Campaign poster of the Democratic Party issued during the 1940 U.S. presidential election featuring a portrait of President Roosevelt and the slogan: "Carry On With Franklin D. Roosevelt". The poster was produced by the Sweeny Lithograph Company, Inc. of Belleville, New Jersey. Roosevelt was campaigning for an unprecedented third term in office.
